A local satellite dish antenna installer contacted me to build a light weight rack for his new truck.

I made the rack with 1 1/2″ x 1/8″ round tubular steel.  The back and middle bars are removable.

  This gusset is made from 3/16″ plate steel. 

With customer approval, I enjoy adding my own style with functionality to projects.
